INTRODUCTION: The Research and Development programmes are centred on MIPROMALO's missions in Article 2 of Decree No. 90/1353 of September 18, 1990 on its creation; their main aim is to enhance the use of local materials in order to reduce the costs of constructing national infrastructure; they are structured in three sub-programmes included in MINRESI's operational programme entitled: INTENSIFICATION OF RESEARCH-DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION.
Each of MIPROMALO’s sub-programme has a clear and precise strategy, which is a reference framework for its implementation. The support programme entitled: GOVERNANCE AND INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT helps to facilitate and optimise the smooth running of MIPROMALO..
