The Board of Directors is responsible for defining and orienting the Local Material Promotion Authority’s (MIPROMALO) general policy  and evaluating its management, within limits set by its missions, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The Board of Directors shall be composed as follows:

• a Chairman appointed by Decree of the President of the Republic ;
• the following members:
• a representative of the Presidency of the Republic;
• a representative from the Prime Ministry's Office;
• a representative from the Ministry of Scientific Research ;
• a representative from the Ministry of finance;
• a representative from the Ministry Housing and Urban Development
• a representative from the Ministry of  Vocational Training and Employment:
• a representative from the Ministry of Public Works;
• a representative from the Ministry of technological development;
• a representative from the Ministry in charge of decentralised local authorities;
• a representative of the professional associations of the building and public works sector
• a representative of MIPROMALO's staff elected by his peers;
• a secretary provided by the Director General of MIPROMALO;
• the ex-officio: the Accounting Officer and the Specialised Financial Controller of MIPROMALO.

To effectively carry out his duties, the Chairman of the Board of Directors shall have at his disposal a cabinet consisting of:

• one (01) Attaché ;
• one (01) Secretariat.
