(1) Subject to the authority of a Unit Head, the Follow-up and Management Control Unit shall be responsible for :

- supervising the activities of central and decentralized services;
- producing monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports, in conjunction with the relevant services;
- consolidating and supervising the implementation of the roadmap
- preparing and editing draft speeches;;
- consolidating and ensuring the consistency of the Medium Term Expenditure Framework, in conjunction with relevant services;
- preparing, supervising the implementation and assessing the scoreboard as well as activities included in the performance project, in conjunction with the bodies concerned;
- forecasting objectives and results targets
- identifying indicators required for measuring the desired performance;
- budget management follow-up, in conjunction with the services concerned;
- analysing the performance obtained;
- proposing measures to improve performance.

(2) In addition to the Unit Head, it comprises three (03) Assistant Research Officers.
