The Specialised Vocational Training Centre (CSFP) (Nkolbikok-Yaoundé)

The Specialised Vocational Training Centre (CSFP) of MIPROMALO was created by Order N°0115/MINEFOP/SG/DFOP/SDGSF/SACD of 11 August 2010 of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MINFOP). The Centre's mission is to train mid-level executives on production techniques and technologies as well as the use of local materials in construction works and in the manufacture of processing equipment.

The real challenge is the economic valorisation of local materials through the creation of innovative and competitive companies, which provide employment.

Multi-purpose Centres

Subject to the authority of a Multi-purpose Centre Head, the Multi-Purpose Centres shall be responsible for;

• participating in the implementation of policy and specific activities
• preparing and implementing the Centre's activities;
• coordinating all the technical, administrative and financial activities of the Centre;
• training on the use of local material;
• producing periodic activity reports.

The Multi-purpose Centres comprise Specialized Units and/or Poles.

Regional Centres located in the North West (Bamenda), North (Garoua) and Far North (Maroua) regions

Subject to the authority of a Head of Centre, the Regional Centre shall be responsible for :

• participating in the implementation of MIPROMALO's policy and activities in the region where it is located, upon approval by the Directorate General;
• preparing the Centre's activities;
• coordinating all the technical, administrative and financial activities of the Centre;
• training on the production and use of local, innovative material;
• producing monthly activity reports;
• providing technical and technological assistance to craftsmen,  decentralised local authorities as well as small and medium-sized enterprises using local building material;
• participating in the projects of third parties and other public administrations ;
• providing assistance to follow up litigation cases.

It is made up of :

The Specialised or Multipurpose Antennas located in Ekondo-Titi, Dibombari and Ngaoundéré

(1) Subject to the authority of a Head of Antenna, the Specialised or Multipurpose Antennas shall be responsible for

• producing stabilised earth blocks (CEB), roofing tiles or any other product ;
• planning production schedules depending on the sales forecasts, materials stocks and finished products;
• functioning in accordance with the applicable regulations and safety rules in conjunction with the relevant parties;
• maintenance as well as the preventive and curative servicing of production equipment;
• training on production and product valorisation;
• preparing weekly reports on the operation and progress of the Antenna;.
• providing technical assistance to users
• selling products and services.

(2) Each Antenna Comprises :

• the Research and Innovation Bureau;
• the Production and Training Bureau;
• the Administrative  and Financial  Affairs Bureau;
• the Accounting Bureau.
