Communication and Public Relations Unit

(1) Subject to the authority of a Unit Head, the Communication and Public Relations Unit shall be responsible for :

developing, supervising, implementing the communication strategy and enhancing the brand image of MIPROMALO's products and services;
protocol and organization of ceremonies in which the Director General or Deputy Director General shall participate;
drafting and publishing the newsletter and any other publication ;
participating in the production and development of communication tools in conjunction with other departments concerned, especially the Documentation and Records Unit as well as the Computer and Statistics Unit;
liaising with the media, preparing press releases and organizing meetings with the media;
developing internal communication.

(2) In addition to the Unit Head, it comprises two (02) Assistant Research Officers.
